Do I need download the E-kyash App to purchase gift certificates?
Yes, you will need to download the E-kyash app from the Android Play Store or Apple App Store. Be sure to update the app if you have an older version.
How do gift certificates work?
When customers purchase gift certificates, the redemption will be done using a QR code. The customer will not be required to present the gift certificate to the merchant. They will simply select the gift certificate in the app, scan, and pay.
How many gift certificates can I find on the app?
Many popular merchants are already on the catalogue which are growing daily.
Who can I purchase gift certificates for?
You can purchase a gift certificate for yourself or you can gift it to a loved one.
Will I get notified after purchasing my gift certificate?
You will receive a notification on your Android or iPhone phone and your purchased will be available to view under “My Gifts” while in the Gifts Section.
What happens if my purchase is MORE than my gift certificate amount?
If the amount of the payment is higher than the gift certificate amount, then only the remaining balance can be paid from the customerās balance.
What happens if my purchase is LESS than my gift certificate amount?
If the amount of the payment is higher than the gift certificate amount, then only the remaining balance can be paid from the customerās balance.
